Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To qualify, items must be:

  • unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • in original packaging (where possible)

  • accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to start a return
Email support@sprynza.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return address/RMA. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Non-returnable items

  • personalized/custom products

  • intimate apparel & personal-care items

  • opened consumables

  • digital goods/downloads

  • final-sale/clearance items

Return shipping & fees

  • Change of mind/size: customer pays return postage.

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover the costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or faulty on arrival
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Address issues
Orders returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address can be re-shipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus shipping.

Late or missing refund?
If 7 business days have passed since approval, check with your bank/payment provider. Still no refund? Email support@sprynza.com.
