Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has left the warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times (business days)

  • USA: 7–15

  • Canada, UK, EU: 7–18

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18

  • Other regions: 10–25

Remote areas, customs checks, holidays, and carrier delays may extend these estimates.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking links are sent automatically. Please allow 2–5 business days for scans to appear.

  • Items in the same order may ship separately to speed up delivery.

Duties & Taxes

  • Depending on your country’s laws, import duties/VAT may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute parcels after dispatch.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address can be re-shipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus shipping.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 30 days from shipment, contact us and we’ll track, re-ship, or refund as appropriate.

  • If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, reach out and we’ll investigate.
